CLEAN
We begin with cleaning to remove years and sometimes even decades worth of dirt, grit, and debris from the property. This is performed by scraping, power scrubbing, sanding, excavation, power vacuuming, and much more.
Renovate
After cleaning, we enter the renovation stage. This includes but is not limited to planning the new interior paint job for your property, refinishing old hardwood floors, hanging new cabinets, gutting and repainting old basements, etc.

Next, we amend the landscape surrounding your property. We do this by providing yard clean up services, tall weed deforesting, rock garden installation, grass reseeding, etc.
PAINT
Lastly, we paint. We give your property that final touch of wow with a fresh coat of paint.
